install the odbc the ODBCConfig Errors


I have installed the ODBC like this "包unixODBC-2.2.14-2.dt7.i386已安装并且是最新版本"
Then there have some errors when i run ODBCConfig in the linux
my linux version is redflag 7.0 红旗7.0


the file name is :unixODBC-2.2.1
error like this
"
/usr/lib/libodbcinstQ.so:undefinde symbol:ODBCManageDataSources

Failed to load/use a UI plugin.

failed :no more errors to report.
"

I need help,555555

I search some reply like this :

that binary is linked to a library which has functions that have been removed from the current library.

but I do not know what is it meaning?
