Unhappy I would like to access my files on the Windows partition using Ubuntu

I would like to know if there is a way that I can access my files on the Windows partition using Linux because the Linux partition does not have enough space to house all the files on the Windows partition.

You appear to be using Ubuntu. If you are then click on Places -> Computer. A new window will appear. The partition with the Windows files will show up in the list on the left of this window. Just click on it.

OpenSuSE and the other dozen popular distributions should all automatically use the ntfs-3g driver to access Windows NTFS file systems. That should be safe to use.
