Question I need something that will let me record music like multitrack software free from windows or microsoft


I'm 6 months new to linux, I just can't stand windows & microsoft anymore. running Peppermint OS right now on a laptop it was a big change but had to try, I have one friend that got me into it, so far I love it, but almost everything for recording music takes windows, that's sucks. it's going to take some Learning & time please help help asap thanks so much..

Read the "How to ask a smart question" and "Question guidelines" links in my posting signature, as well as the LQ Rules about posting the same question more than once. Continue in your nearly-identical other thread. Also, asking for/expecting 'asap' help is fairly rude on a VOLUNTEER FORUM.
