I am stuck and would love some guidance..

I keep attempting to mount my network onto Fedora Core 4 and am unsuccessful I keep getting the message,
Could not resolve mount point.
I am using this syntax
smbmount "\\\\server\\engrprog" -U tgraves -c 'mount ~/mnt'
What am doing wrong?? Very new to programming and need to impress

This will happen - FC4 is extreme legacy. Update your distro.
smbmount is no longer current - even with FC4.

Tried what? Updating the distro?
Please provide the command which produced the error as you have entered it.
