hello comunity! who know how confiure a HP LaserJet P1102w on bebian 6?

1. Install cups (if not already installed).
2. open a browser and go to: http://localhost:631/
3. In the column "CUPS for Administrators" click on the item "Adding printers and classes".
4. Follow the directions.
5. I guess you're using Debian 6 I've never heard of "bebian".

Alternatively, use HPLIP.

If it's not already installed (I can't remember whether Debian installs it by default--it's been a while since I installed Debian), it should be in the repos. (The GUI is often a separate package from the HPLIP base.)
