That's easy:
  • Read the manual for the drive and configure it accordingly
  • Contact either/both HP and Red Hat support for assistance, since you're PAYING FOR RHEL, RIGHT???
Honestly, until you actually post a PROBLEM you're having, there isn't much we can do to help you. We aren't going to read the manual for you, and tell you exactly what you need to do, and you're not providing any details that would let us help you..such as what backup software you're using, how much data, how that device is connected to your machine, what kind of machine, what you've done/tried, etc.

Call HP for hardware assistance, and RHEL for support with Red Hat. Unless you're PAYING for RHEL, don't use it...all you're going to wind up with is a server that's unsupported and insecure. Stop where you are if this is a new installation (if you're not paying for RHEL support), and load CentOS instead.
