Howto change fonts?

Hello, I have upgraded my all tgz packets from Slackware 9.0 to Slackware-current using 'swaret' Slackware Tool. Now I have stupid problem with fonts in my apps(I use KDE). It's going about font in my XMMS menu, or font in xcdroast, ripperX and similar apps.

I tried to modify
- 'Appearance and Themes'->'Fonts' and even
- 'Desktop'->'Appearance' fonts

but fonts in these programs are not changing. It's annoying problem for me because this font is small and almost unreadable.

How to change it?

I am not sure how to fix those apps, but the reason they aren't taking the fonts from KDE is they aren't KDE apps. They are GTK or motif apps. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
