how to uninstall wine?


hi. i've installed wine using the winetools bundled with the source that compile and install wine for me.
now that i find that i need to reinstall it manually to include more features to run opengl games. can i know how to uninstall it now?

if u installed from source, go into the source directory from where u did the make and make install and do a make uninstall

and if you didn't keep the source directory then you may want to have a look at checkinstall
