How to toggle RTS signal within Linux- RS485 driver?

I just meet a problem which needs toggle the serial RTS signal,
my hardware does not care about this issue, it simply connect RTS/CTS together. so i need to handle them by software, but how to toggle it inside drivers? I didn't find a solution from user space applications.

Thanks a lot in advance

This software is supposed to be able to do it

If you're able to program a driver, perhaps their tech specs will help you solve the problem without having to buy the product. If you can afford it, and it works as advertised, it might be worth picking up.

Best wishes,
