How to reformat ext3 partition in to fat32 or NTFS?

Hello,
I have a laptop, on which installed Windows XP and Linux Debian.
Windows XP is installed on disk C.
Linux Debian is installed on disk D.
Now i need to sell the laptop, so, how can i reformat disk D (ext3) into type FAT 32 or NTFS for windows.

I tried using Partion magic, but it can't recognize this Linux partition.

Thanks for helps!!!

I think this is a work for the Windows disk management. You can access it by right-clicking the "My Computer" icon --> select "Manage" --> then choose "Disk Management" from the menu on the left. You will see a partition scheme graphic similar to that one of partition magic. The problem is: who takes control of the boot process? If the boot is managed from Debian's grub you have to restore the windows boot loader BEFORE wiping the linux partition out, otherwise your system will be not accessible anymore. Lot of information about this topic on the net.
