How to play Counter-Strike 1.6 non steam on Debian?

Hello,
I'm a very newbie Linux user I installed it yesterday with windows and I'm using a Debain Distro (Kali linux) pen test distro I have a very little experience with Debian and in kali "wine" is installed ,
anyway I was wondering how to play Windows games on Debian distro? especially games like Counter-Strike 1.6 non steam , I have the installer and I'd love to install Counter-Strike 1.6 on Linux
so please how I run Windows games on Debian? I don't really understand how "wine" works, there's a database of games that wine can run right?
... two question sorry

As far as I know Counter-Strike 1.6 non steam is not a legitimate copy of that game. As such, I cannot help you with this specific problem as per LQ Rules:

However, I suggest, checking the official wine website and wiki for further information.
