how to install .net framework 4.0 on precise puppy linux USB


Dear Sir,
Am new to Linux and using Precise Puppy Linux in USB.
I want to install a windows software that requires .net framework 4.0 or higher.
Software Name: TradeTigerSetup.msi (Trade Tiger setup 2.4.3.0)

Please guide me how to install .net framework 4.0 and also above software on Precise Puppy Linux.

you install mono and wine

and run the Microsoft program in the windows emulator wine

but

the BEST way to run MICROSOFT ONLY programs in on a Microsoft operating system

i have installed wine 1.6. Then i tried to install .net framework 4.0 which gave me error: resolve disk space required 64u. is it a bug or am i doing some mistake.
Please advice

Usually, Windows programs are somewhat of a hassle to get running on Linux. You might try a different stock trading program.

This article recommends JStock on Linux. I don't know much about stock applications, but you might try it out.

As for Trade Tiger, the Wine site reports that it will not run. If you must use it, you'll have to use Windows.
