How to install HP F2280 usb printer in Puppy Linux 5.2.5

I love Puppy linux, but installing the printer has defeated me. Could some kind soul step me through the install process. I'm a newbie! Many thanks.

I don't know Puppy, but usually in every distro there is a tool to add a printer.
Please let us know what you have done so far.

I have used the 'CUPS printer install wizard' which comes with Puppy linux. As far as I can tell, the printer install process goes ok, but when I press the 'Print a test page button' nothing happens. The install wizard definitely knows the printer is there, listing it as connected to the usb port.

Snap drog. I've just tried it today, so will be chasing it up. Same problem in Puppy 4.2 when I tried it there.
I'm installing Mepis later so I'll try it from there as well.

It does actually report the page as having been printed, but nothing gets to the printer.
