how to install fluendo-mpegdemux

I am using openSUSE 10.3.Totem needs codec to play files.i found that gstreamer010-fluendo-mpegdemux is available at following link http://packman.links2linux.org/packa...pegdemux/83424
but the rpm's I got want latest gstreamer.
because I have gstreamer-10.13 while latest is 10.22 & I don't want to update gstreamer as my computer has no internet connection & installing rpm one by one takes lot of time.
QUESTION
Can I get older version of fluendo-mpegdemux from somewhere else?
