Can you configure the BIOS to boot from CD?
Is your CD bootable?
Did you check the CD after burning?

What you downloaded should be a .iso file. You need to burn the .iso file into a image on a cd. If you are using a windows burning program like Nero, then select the option burn an image then point Nero to the location you downloaded the .iso file.

Next make sure you bios is set to have the cd-rom first in boot order. Then put the cd in and boot to it.
