How to get Open-With dialog box back again?

I have installed RealPlayer on Red Hat 9, and working fine. When I used to click newshour on bbcnews site, one dialog box used to come asking me open this file-with or save this in any directory, and there was a "always ask" tick box at the bottom of same dialog box. One time I untick the "always ask tick box", and no more dialog box appears. Now I want the dialog box, How can I get that Dialog box again asking me, open file with or save...

If it's Mozilla, try Edit/Preferences/Navigator/Helper Applications.
