How To Delete temp Internet Files?

I'm running Fedora2 with Mozilla as the browser. I would like to do periodic temp file cleanups. What is the best way to do this? Thanks.

in Mozilla preferences under Advanced-Cache, there's an option to clear the cache and you can configure where the cache folder is.
