How to add virtual ssh user on CentOS 6

Hello guys, i want to know how to add virtual ssh user to CentOS with shell.

I mean that, i want to add user, but when i connect with this user from putty, it will be like a root user, but in owned folder on this user.

This user will have all permissions in the owned folder and that user will cannot access in the above directories.

I mean that: If owned folder is /home/USER_1/

This user will have not access to /home folder or something under it..

I want to be like in separate environment.

I hope to understand me what i want guys, and to help me.

Did you read the link provided by Andrus? If you don't understand something in there, please say exactly what you're having problems with.

I try from the linux too and i can't connect again..

[root@muwlfy ~]# ssh test-user@localhost
The authenticity of host 'localhost (::1)' can't be established.
RSA key fingerprint is b2:b4:10:ba:3a:e9:69:f4:0a:a5:4f:d7:60:3c:f0:1b.
Are you sure you want to continue connecting (yes/no)? yes
Warning: Permanently added 'localhost' (RSA) to the list of known hosts.
test-user@localhost's password:
Last login: Sun May 20 18:36:48 2012 from 77.84.91.231
Connection to localhost closed.

I make everythink like in this tutorial: http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=248724
