How to activate GTK theme


I just installed the gtk-clearlooks engine

with configure --prefix=/usr/local/
make
make install

after installing how do i activate it? My desktop still has the old box like shape to everything.

Download a appliaction theme which use clearlook engine (clearlook is greate) and install it.
