Unhappy How install X Windows (Imakefile)

Hello;
I guess I am missing something. I am trying to install the latest version of x windows X11R6.8.2 in SuSE 9.2. I downloaded the file and extracted it (/X11R6.8.2./subdirectory). Now I have no idea what to do. There doesn't seem to be any executables just Imakefile files. Can someone please tell me the next steps.

Thanks
SGR-A

Thank you for the reply!

I think I'll try the .rpm files he created.
Thanks again for the help.
