How do I write a PCMCIA config file for my intel/pro 2200BG wireless card?
Hello,
I'm completely new to Linux and am currently running Ubuntu from a live CD to try to make it work before I install it properly.
I'm having trouble connecting to my wireless network. It can see my router but it won't connect. I'm working my way through the troubleshooting guide at https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Wi...eShootingGuide and I've discovered that I need to add some information to the PCMCIA config file in order for the memory of my card to be read.
but I have no idea how that translates to my Intel/pro 2200BG wireless card. Could anyone help explain to me how I should proceed? (a helpful push towards a good tutorial might do the trick. I'm such a novice I don't really know what to search for).
