How could I allow one person to access the folder


I have change my folder permission to #chmod 700 foldername
How could I allow one person to access the folder and the rest do not have access? if the person username is username1.
(i do not have admin right)

there's not many options without root access, but IF you are user per user groups i.e. username1 is also their group, then you can use the group ownership to let them access it.
