Hmmmmm......No real information and you want someone here to mail you the solution. Thats not possible. Give which distribution you are using. And what application you want to install.
If you are using Dibian/Ubuntu based systems you can install softwares using apt.
If you are on RH/Fedora/CentOS you can use yum.
