Define "network printer" and you might get more help. Otherwise, run 'system-config-printer' and see what you can do.

To be specific, do you mean a printer with a network connection? Or do you mean that you want your Linux box to turn a prinetr with a non-network connection into a networked printer by providing printing as a service? (Or something else, of course?)
