I have slackware 9 and after logon it runs by default in console mode. Whith startx, starts the default GUI whitch is gnome. How i can change this and make to start the KDE or any other installed GUI ?
Run xwmconfig and pick the environment you want when X starts. An alternative is to edit your ~/.xinitrc file and put the approriate start up command there.
