Exclamation Help with Email Server with RedHat Linux 9

Ladies and gentlemen, I appeal to you today. I have fairly familiar with linux in general, but i am trying to learn more. I want to know if anyone has any tutorials to setup an email server (imap, pop, and smtp). The distro i have includes sendmail and pop3s (the standards I assume). I figure I should stay with these for practicality unless there is some tutorial that takes me step by step on how to set this up using something else that is known to work with RHL 9. Thanks ahead of time.
