Please do not use titles like "Help me!!!" It's considered rather rude to order other forum users to do something for you.
Permissions are changed using the chmod command. The permissions are stored in a 4-digit code called the mode. Here is an extract from the chmod man page (which you could have looked up yourself)

So you need to change the current mode of the specified file from 0xyz to 4xyz (where xyz are the current permissions). Of course you will need to do this as root. Use the stat command to find out what the current permissions are. Then, as root, use chmod to change them.
