In general you shouldn't expect any specific issues. Distros like Fedora usually do a pretty good job of grabbing the right drivers for most things automatically. Of course if it doesn't you can always manually configure things. You best bet is to just burn the ISO to a CD and see what happens. Wi-Fi (and even worse dial-up modems) are sometimes more difficult because so many of the drivers are propriatary and it is more difficult to backwards engineer and right our own, very few companies bother making their code open to the community.
