I assume you mean from the terminal, which is what i did. Then i restarted CUPS and tried to connect to the server, but i am still unable.

Still didnt work. This is my /etc/cups/cupsd.conf file:

I assume you mean from teh terminal as root. I did this, then followed the steps as before. I still cannot connect to the CUPS server

I dont think what i did will help anyone out. I just networked my computer with another in another room that uses windows so that it prints down there. Not the best solution but i have a deadline.
