Help!!!

Hi

I am new to Linux and need help.

I have downloaded SuSe 8.1 via ftp to one of my HDD's

I have PM8 but have not yet set up a linux partition.

I am looking for information on how to install this i am currently running WinXP pro and am totally lost.

An idiots guide would be very gratefull.
