Gtk

Hi,

Can someone please tell me how to upgrade GTK2-2.2.4 to GTK2-2.4. I have RHEL 3 and application I am installing requires newer version of GTK. There are lots of dependencies with currently installed version, is there any simple way for doing this??

Thanks,

under rhel3 just use up2date to get the latest versions from redhat. you can always manually install the RPM's and overcome each dependency you come across. there will be a few, but not a huge amount whilst you stick to using official RHEL3 rpms from redhat.
