Grub Issue

Hello Friends,

I am back, can you tell me as how to remove XP from my computer which has W2K on C drive, XP on D drive and Linux (Red Hat 9) on E drive. The thing is that I think I can uninstall all the programs and boot the computer in W2K and format D drive. But, I am confused as this will work and desperately want to remove one of these as triple boot is making my computer sick.

I can remove W2K but the thing is that if I do that and reinstall XP on C then it will overwrite the Linux GRUB so do not want to take chance.

Also please send ur ideas as to how I remove XP from D drive and keep W2K and Linux safetly not harming my any data on the other drives.

regards
David Harvard

delete the windows directory in d drive and you are done
if you overwrite grub doing anything else, it is however very easy to recover it by using the linux installation cd. type linux rescue at the prompt then chroot /mnt/sysimage then grub-install. you will have ur grub back in place.
