Grub Error 22 using Vista and Open SUSE 10.3

Hi I recently installed 10.3 on my laptop, but found I could not get my graphics and network card working with it properly. So I thought I would get rid of Linux. So I very stupidly deleted the Linux partitions.

I have seen many threads about recovering XP but never vista.

Can I just use a standard vista installation disk and use 'fixmbr'?

I would also like to recover all my files.

Any help is very appreciated.

thanks
