grep -RPnDskip problem


Hi every body

i have problem with the command below

grep -RPnDskip "(php) *\(" /home/user/public_html/

it give me the error (core dumped)

is there any way to replace grep with another command?

The switch D with the action skip only refers to devices.
Unless you have a device named (PHP) on your system, you probably just confused it.
Try "--exclude".
