Smile geting warning in cscope install

hi .
i am trying to install the cscope utility in redhat linux

of this version ----cscope-15.5-9.RHEL4.src.rpm

but geting this warning
warning: cscope-15.5-9.RHEL4.src.rpm: V3 DSA signature: NOKEY, key ID db42a60e

what exactly mean this warning and how to overcome to it.
