get rid of code I dont want


hello World thank you linus and community how do I get rid of code that I dont want like facebook and twitter thanks again

Not clear what you are asking. What do Facebook and Twitter have to do with Linux and source code? Can you phrase your question differently so we understand what you are asking?

Assuming there was a program called "facebook" or "twitter" you would get rid of it like this:

sudo apt purge facebook twitter
You have to find out what programs you want to uninstall.

Well, as long as you were using a debian-based distribution, at least...

The way that the original post is composed makes me demand a screen-shot.

PSE post a screen shot of what you see and *where* you need Facebook and Twitter removed...

(I'd post a screenshot of the Internet)

I agree on both counts. Any guessing on the parts of various persons is solely a guess.
