FTP services in fedora 9 with user rights


1. should i need to install ftp server and client packages seperately on different machines?

2.i have insatalled vsftpd.now please tell me the procedure of creating users and groups?

3.after creating users and groups how do i give permissions to users and groups for accessing files?

4.how do i send send files to clients uing ftp in fedora 9?

5.please sendme the entire procedureboth in gui mode and cli mode
