free CD

I have 2 questions.

i want installation CD of solaris and Fedora....are these free ?
i have heard fedora and solaris are given freely delivery upon request.

is this true ?

if so,

1) where to request to get a free delivery of solaris CD ?
2) where to request to get a free delivery of fedora CD ?
