I have 3.89 TB of free memory space on my hard drive so i don't know how i could possibly not have enough disc space! Really hope somebody can help me with this problem or even provide me with some suggestions i would be really really grateful!

What version/distro of Linux are you using? And while you may have 3.89TB of TOTAL free disk space, the PARTITION that the software is on/is looking at may be full. To put it in Windows terms...your C: drive may have lots of space, but your D: drive may be full. Running a "df -kPH" in a terminal window will show you that.
But honestly, Abaqus is a commercial product. Contacting their tech support would be the quickest, easiest way to deal with this.
