Facebook chat works real slow


I'm using Fedora12 and KDE
facebook chat works really slow for me, and it actually 'lags' my whole browser.
I tried to update java, it did improve a lil bit but it still seems to be real slow..

any idea's? thank you.

It is probably facebook. I never have much joy with Facebook chat on any system or browser.
