Error using squid report generator

When I try to generate a report using squid report generator I get the following error. Why?
Now generating Sarg report from Squid log file /var/log/squid/access.log and all rotated versions ..

sarg -l /var/log/squid/access.log.5.gz
SARG: Decompressing log file: /var/log/squid/access.log.5.gz > /tmp/sarg-file.in (zcat)
SARG: Records in file: 1, reading: 0.00%
SARG: (css) Cannot open file: /var/www/sarg/sarg.css
SARG: Records in file: 1, reading: 100.00%

.. Sarg failed! See the output above for details.
Thanks

It looks like the CSS file used to format the output is either missing or has file permissions that prevent it from being read by sarg as it tries to create its reports. Start snooping around that.
