Does everything work? If it does, the bios did something wrong, but Linux handled it OK. It would be interesting to know which motherboard you have, and which bios version.
If some things don't work, try booting with "noapic" kernel commandline option, and report what happens then.
The output of "lspci" would be interesting as well: I think it shows the interrupts that the different devices are connected to, and I think it lists interrupts 1, 8 12 and 13.... (i.e. if these are the USB controllers, check if you have USB connectivity).
