error in opening VM power ON
hi just wanted to ask. .every time I open the POWER ON button of my VM.. this messge always appears :
Unable to Change Virtual machine power state. The process exited with an error. End of error message.
I am sure that the update for the VM application is installed. .. SO to get over this message. .i always STILL run the vmware-configure.pl . . JUST TO get the POWER ON running. .

actually sir when i ran the RUNME.pl of the update i saw the vmmon module loaded.. il paste the output because i have save the process in a notepad. .just wondering on why i have to re-RUN it every time i power ON the VM GUI. . . as THE_JinJ said.. yes i have browsed some sites in google and i saw the common problem is the permission/ownership of the vmware files including ~./vmware --- il be updating this post as soon as i get back to working on my vmware again..
