Error: "A required .DLL file, CYGPCRE -0.DLL, was not found" when using man

Whenever i try to use the man command i get an error message: "A required .DLL file, CYGPCRE -0.DLL, was not found".
I am using cygwin. Did i miss a file during setup or what? Everything else seems to work fine (other commands).

Probably - Perl Compatible Regular Expressions. Grab some of the Cygwin Perl stuff - probably a specific thing called 'pcre' which is probably used to parse the man pages.
