[SOLVED] epc smart book help

I have purchased a epc smart book and will not let me connect to wireless .I have spoken to microsoft who informed me this is an obsolete system. I spoke to the person i got it from and he reckoned it worked okay plugged into a ph socket. If anyone has a suggestion for a complete dummy i would be grateful.I should mention that my other standard laptop works fine on the wireless system.Heres hoping

I think we need more information.

What I found tells me that it comes with Windows CE OEM.

What OS do you have on it?

If it has an ethernet port, can it connect via ethernet cable?
