Eclipse conflicts on Linux while two users run it on some Linux server

Hello,
I have eclipse installed on Linux , all members of dev team have their own account to log in and launch their own instance at the same time , working well.

I do not know what has been changed by whom.
now eclipse only allowed one user at the same time .
I guess something conflicts .

Could you help to shed some light ?

nether you or us know what has changed
it might be something completely different

what do the system logs say ?
