Question drive permisions

Hi I have been unable to change my floppy drive permissions. I would like to change the owner:group from root and the permissions to something like 660 or 777.

I got it did a bit o as it turns out I was using a dos formated disk. I guess the permissions assigned were some sort default permissions not really sure but after "sudo mkfs -t ext2 /dev/fd0" I am now able to change the drive's permissions. before I was getting something like "not permited"

right set uid bits don't really exist on fat partitions.. so as long as a winbox doesn't need to read the floppy, you should be good...
