Unhappy Domain unable to open when memory hit 40% on dedicated server!

I have a dedicated server that installed fedora, plesk, and mysql inside! Every time the memory usage reach 40%, my website using vps JAM! The website cannot browse or anything!

I login to plesk control panel to check, it is ok with all configuration. But i cannot understand why the the domain is unable to run! Other domain on same hosting is also available!

What is problem? Can any linux pro's help me!

Have you checked your system logs /var/log/{messages,syslog,maillog} and website logs to see if there's any info there?

Also, if it happens often, can you leave a terminal window open running top (or use process accounting, sysstat, etc.) to monitor the box usage?
