frugal install stays in the compressed pup.sfs
hd install is that .sfs uncompressed
Like, Ubuntu is a hd install
folders boot, usr, home, etc, are in thep artition
with frugal, if you break something, etc
you just delete pup save and start over
hd install, you break, it's broke
frugal boots into RAM, uses more ram, but is quick
hd doesn't boot into ram, uses less ram, is a litttle slower(off usb)
as changes must be written back to hd/usb alot
frugal only writes to usb at reboot/shutdown
frugal is better for health of usb
