DHCP server

what is the easiest/best way to give my router a fixed IP based on its MAC?
I mean, it seems like this should work, but I want to do it without making a new zone.

Code:
	option routers                  192.168.0.1;
	host zone {
		hardware ethernet 02:40:28:74:24:13;
		fixed-address 192.168.0.1;
                                }
